The steps, by hand

Fork Kilo-Org/kilo-marketplace.

Add mcps/<id>/MCP.yaml. The id is lowercase with hyphens and matches the folder.

Fill in id, name, description, author, category, prerequisites, and a content block with the JSON config people paste (url for a remote server).

Open a pull request.
