The steps, by hand

Check the rules in docs/registry-criteria.md and docs/server-criteria.md.

Fork stacklok/toolhive-catalog.

Add registries/toolhive/servers/<name>/server.json in the official format, with the ToolHive block in _meta.

Sign off every commit (DCO) and run "task catalog:validate".

Open a pull request. A core team member reviews it.

- Pinned dependencies and GitHub Actions pinned by SHA
- A container image or a public remote URL
- Every commit signed off (DCO)
