The steps, by hand

Check that your license is permissive (MIT, Apache-2 or BSD).

Fork docker/mcp-registry.

Add servers/<name>/server.yaml. Local servers need a Dockerfile in your public repo. Remote servers also need tools.json and a lowercase readme.md.

Run "task validate" and "task build".

If your server needs credentials, share test ones through their Google Form.

Open a pull request. A Docker team member must review it.
