Add exactly one bullet at the end of the right section of README.md: bold link to owner/repo, the stars badge, a colon, a one-line description.

Open a pull request titled "Add owner/repo to <Category>".
What you need
- A public GitHub repo that is not archived (hosted-only servers are refused)
- Exactly one new bullet, nothing else changed
- The stars badge for the same owner/repo
